1. Dial your PC mobile number.
2. Enter your password when prompted (for first time set-up enter your temporary password.)
3. Follow the voice prompts.

Accessing your voicemail from your PC mobile phone is subject to airtime charges. Accessing your voicemail from a landline does not incur PC mobile airtime charges.

1. Dial your PC mobile number.
2. Press # to interrupt the greeting.
3. Enter your password when prompted (for first time set-up enter your temporary password.)
4. Follow the voice prompts.

Calls made to voicemail from your PC mobile phone are subject to airtime charges. Long distance and roaming charges may apply. Calls to your voicemail from a landline do not incur PC mobile airtime usage fees.

1. Access the mailbox and enter your password.
2. Press 4 for personal options.
3. Press 2 for administrative options.
4. Press 1 to set or change your password.

1. To answer the second call, press SEND/TALK or the phone icon. This puts your first call on hold and connects you with the second caller.
2. To put the second call on hold and reconnect with the first, press SEND/TALK or the phone icon again.
3. You can alternate between callers as often as you wish, by repeatedly pressing SEND/TALK or the phone icon.
4. To end both calls at once, press END.

Redirect incoming calls to any other number, like your office, home or another cell. Check your phone’s menu or user guide to find instructions on how to activate call forwarding. Airtime charges apply and long distance and roaming charges may apply to forwarded calls.

1. Dial the first number and then press SEND/TALK or the phone icon. Wait until the first party answers.
2. Press SEND/TALK or the phone icon to place the first caller on hold. Wait for a dial tone.
3. Dial the second number and press SEND/TALK or the phone icon. Wait until the second party answers.
4. Press SEND/TALK or the phone icon again to connect all three parties.

Note: The connection to each party is a separate call. Airtime, long distance and roaming charges may apply to each of the two calls.

2. Dial the second number and press SEND or the phone icon. Wait until the second party answers.

Simply address the message to: MIN@mobiletxt.ca, where MIN is the 10-digit PC mobile phone number. Please note that there is 140 character limit when sending an email.

1. From your mobile phone, press *94 followed by the number of standard rings that you would like your callers to hear before voicemail picks up; this can be between 2 and 9. (For example *942 for 2 rings).
2. Press SEND or TALK.
3. If the change was successful, you will hear a confirmation tone. If the change was not successful, you will hear a fast busy signal; repeat steps.

Picture/Video messaging requires the Internet Browser feature. To add this feature to your PC mobile phone, please speak with a customer service representative at 1-877-284-6361. Refer to your manufacturers user guide for step by step instructions on how to use video messaging. 

Note: This feature is only available to handsets that are camera/video capable.

All account changes and updates must be communicated to our customer service centre at 1-87-PCT-INFO-1 (1-877-284-6361) It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that their account information is up to date.

1. Ensure that the person you're sending your text message to is a subscriber with an international wireless company that accepts international text messages sent from the Bell network.
2. Type the person's international cell phone number. This is the same phone number you would use if you were to call the person.
3. Type in your message (up to 140 characters).
4. Send the message.

International text messages are not included in the text messaging features offered by PC mobile. There is no guarantee of actual delivery within a specific period of time. Text messages to countries that are part of the NANP (North American Numbering Plan,) which do not require the international dialing code '011', are charged at $0.15 per sent text message. Outgoing international text messages are subject to a $0.20 per message charge.

1. Text to landline is available in both English and French. Simply text the letter E for English and F for French to the number 4122 before sending your text to landline message.
2. Standard text messaging rates apply. Each text to landline message (in Canada or USA) will be charged $0.15 per message if you do not have the Unlimited Text Messaging feature.
