Use Call Waiting

  1. To answer the second call, press SEND/TALK or the phone icon. This puts your first call on hold and connects you with the second caller.
  2. To put the second call on hold and reconnect with the first, press SEND/TALK or the phone icon again.
  3. You can alternate between callers as often as you wish, by repeatedly pressing SEND/TALK or the phone icon.
  4. To end both calls at once, press END.

Change the number of rings on your PC mobile phone

  1. From your mobile phone, press *94 followed by the number of standard rings that you would like your callers to hear before voicemail picks up; this can be between 2 and 9. (For example *942 for 2 rings).
  2. Press SEND or TALK.
  3. If the change was successful, you will hear a confirmation tone. If the change was not successful, you will hear a fast busy signal; repeat steps.

Send an international text message

  1. Ensure that the person you're sending your text message to is a subscriber with an international wireless company that accepts international text messages sent from the Bell network.
  2. Type the person's international cell phone number. This is the same phone number you would use if you were to call the person.
  3. Type in your message (up to 140 characters).
  4. Send the message.

International text messages are not included in the text messaging features offered by PC mobile. There is no guarantee of actual delivery within a specific period of time. Text messages to countries that are part of the NANP (North American Numbering Plan,) which do not require the international dialing code '011', are charged at $0.15 per sent text message. Outgoing international text messages are subject to a $0.20 per message charge.

  1. Text to landline is available in both English and French. Simply text the letter E for English and F for French to the number 4122 before sending your text to landline message.
  2. Standard text messaging rates apply. Each text to landline message (in Canada or USA) will be charged $0.15 per message if you do not have the Unlimited Text Messaging feature.
